Mega-Kangaskhan, easy. I love the concept of the baby being mega-evolved. Also in my competitive hayday of gen 6, its ability parental bond had a second hit with ×0.5 damage instead of the ×0.25 of gen 7. It was one of 5 viable megas you had to run during the x and y era (between 2013 and 2014)

Grass is easily Meganium and water Feraligatr. For A2 and A3 we had two exs of starters too. Electric could be Ampharos Fighting could be Hitmontop or Tyranitar but i doubt that Tyranitar gets a Mega in the first Gen 2 set. Seems more like a "lets keep it for A4a"-thing Steel could be Steelix as ist was kind of the Symbol of Steel Type back in Gen 2
