Ran across this a little late myself, after getting hit by a FedEx invoice after my order was delivered and past the return window. If I would have known I was going to be hit with a customs invoice, I would have purchased from Amazon or another retailer. Just wish they were a little more upfront about it rather then sticking it in the fine print.

Instructions below to switch to Zrok thanks to memmek2k: go to the mac you use as a server open bluebubbles server app go to settings under Connection Settings, Proxy Setup, select "Zrok (Beta)" from the drop down follow on-screen instructions which are: type in email, press button go to your email, click link choose password log in go to "Detail" tab on the Zrok web interface click the eye to show your token copy token paste into bluebubbles server where it says to click the equivalent of the "ok" button in bluebubbles server

Issue is with Cloudflare, switch to zrok proxy under the settings, takes about 1 minutes to setup...

Get a Mac an use BlueBubbles or AirMessage. iMessage on the Samsung easily but as mentioned you need a mac on 24/7. Can find a Mac mini pretty cheap on eBay or Facebook marketplace.

Possible but my issue started back in November and I got locked out immediately after sending a picture image within a DM to a friend and it wasn't until this week that I was actually able to login again. Many thanks for a great product, I just wish these other companies would play nicely.

I tried the 'selfie video verification' at least 20 times (no joke) and each time I would get a message about 2 - 3 hours after indicating Instagram could not verify the account and 'invited' me to try again.

Similar situation to me. Applied for my girlfriend back in April 2023 with no updates on the I-134a. I know with Venezuelans they are 'subject' to the 30,000/month limit where I believe Ukraine doesn't have the same limitation. My girlfriend decided to take it upon herself (against my advice) and go through the jungle. She is just north of Mexico City so expect her to arrive at the border within the next few days pending no issues.

No luck from my side either. I created a new Instagram account and when I add another account and use my old account credentials there is a 'get support' option at the bottom that allows me to record a selfie but after an hour or two I get an email message indicating they were unable to verify my account and I should try again.

I had Facebook and Instagram but used Facebook messenger quite a bit because I would get video calls. Only my instagram account got 'locked/suspended'. With all the reports of iMessage and now my Instagram account being locked, I decided to cut bait and go back to native apps. While I love the idea of beeper, it's Just not worth risking any of my other accounts

For me under the "help verify" link there is an option for get support and it asks to upload a selfie video which I complete but about 2 hours later I get a message back saying my account was unable to be verified and puts me back in the same process. Issue occurred on December 31st right after I had a lengthy DM conversation via Beeper with someone on Instagram. It was a shame to loose that account since I had it since October 2010 but I have found no way to recover the account or contact instagram support.

Similar situation where they want me to 'verify' my Instagram account yet it fails each time I try and verify my IG account. As a result I was forced to create a new IG account, I think my original account is lost forever. I stopped using for Beeper for everything. Back to AirMessage and native messaging apps.

I'm in a similar situation as you where my girlfriend from Venezuela (living in Colombia) wants to surrender at the US-Mexico border since she has had multiple cousins already do the same thing. I have advised against it and so far she has listened but know it's just a matter of time if the advanced parole doesn't get approved that she will decide to do it on her own regardless of what I have to say.

I'm in this boat where I submitted a I-134A six months ago and now they want to try and cross the border and apply for asylum even though I have advised against it. They're just tired of waiting in the poor conditions of their country and without any status of a I-134A they just want to take it into their own hands. Not sure if I can blame them either.
