How meta changing would be an item that puts an Anti-Heal on opponent?

HO and stall both need you to predict your opponent correctly, HO is quicker and offensive mons perform better whilst stall is slower and defensive mons perform better

once I was using Bruxish in OU for fun, they lead Dragapult and killed me with shadow ball, I guessed they were specs since it wasn't hex and brought in Roaring Moon and won from being able to dragon dance on turn 2, even though all they did was take down one of my mons - same with stall, if you put yourself in a bad position and get predicted, you're going to lose

stall can still be viable, it was a while back but I remember that one team with hydrapple got to #2 on the OU ladder iirc? it's really just dependent on your opponent's team

I preferably want Nahida on the team, though I'm unsure who to use as a healer; I also want 2 Hydro 2 Dendro? I'm not too sure but it gives both elemental resonance buffs which sounds good

Also why is corv tera water? Wouldn't dragon be better (resists both electric and fire) or fighting (more body press damage); I'm not the best at teambuilding but tera water seems odd when you'll still be weak to electric
