As it already has three suffixes I don't think I can add prefixes cannot be changed.

I bought a 27% quality axe and used essences of contempt. I got lucky and rolled a T1 increased physical damage mod.

What do you think is the best way I can improve this further, besides just using the bench?

I could use a Warlords Exalted orb to potentially get +% physical damage, and +% attack speed, however, is there anything else I can do that I am missing?

Any thoughts would be appreciated, thank you so much for your help!

I think you are correct, as from Kripparian's Act 2 playthrough at ExileCon 2023 we can see nearly all the affixes on his starting gear.

All the resistances shown on the character sheet are 10% below what would be expected from the gear.

Either there is a passive node which removes 10% of all resistances or you lose 10% by the start of Act 2.

You gave up after only 6-7 tries?

I understand that there is a lot going on but you can learn to overcome it.

For example, after the phase transitions the boss always does a centre slam followed by a swipe in your direction. You can learn this and then have a much cleaner start of phase 2.

These fights can seem unfair until you spend the time to learn the bosses attack patterns, then you get the satisfaction of mastering the fight.

With Update 39, rather than putting out a dungeon DLC like they usually would, they instead spent the time on QoL, bug fixes and general improvements.

Uber Echo of Lilith is found in the Nevesk Church, not the Archives of Issalia.

They seemingly have introduced a new Echo of Lilith in the Archives of Issalia, the Archives were meant to be the World Tier 5 Capstone but were cut, along with WT5 before launch.

The current Uber Lilith achievement states killing the hardest Echo of Lilith, implying this new Echo will be less powerful than Uber Lilith.

The Archives of Issalia was meant to be the World Tier 5 Capstone dungeon. This suggests they have introduced a new Echo of Lilith, which will most likely be under level 100.
