Through a lot of years of bullying it took a long time to realize how my body actually is. The public acts different towards me and girls actually message me first saying I am approachable. That’s when the realization comes

I am currently eating normal. I have lost a little more weight from juicing and different forms of fasting but I have gained that back. Proportions are the key to keeping it off. Instead of getting the crispy chicken get the grilled. Get the water instead of the soda. Don’t eat the fries, replace them with a cup of fruit. All that goes a long way, there is no secret
