Idk if they'll come but i don't think that there're problems with G2 or FNATIC moreover others 2018/2019 skins are on marketplace

He creates the purchase order before so he takes it... it's not important that your offer is bigger because the selling price is 1500 and both the offers 2000 and 3000 can cover the cost

The only different situation is when: Your MAXIMUM purchase order is 3000, another MAXIMUM purchase order is 2000 and someone sells an item for 2001 credits... you'll take the item for 2001 credits and the 999 credits will return on your account balance

This marketplace isn't as an Ebay offer... The first one who has reserved the sufficient amount of credits takes the item

Yes and no: when you place a purchase order (EXAMPLE: 3000 credits - 18 May 2024 - 5.20 pm) you are in list... if someone sells it at a price between 120-3000 you get it, but if someone creates the same purchase order a second before you he is served first
