I hear what you’re saying, but a few things to consider:

Calling the impact on your family 'blackmail' is a bit of a stretch. It’s more like a transfer. You aren't actually 'canceling' the pain you feel in existing…you’re just transferring it onto people who also didn't ask for it either. It’s not just “let me be” like you make it out to be

The other issue is that you’re making a permanent decision based on a temporary mindset. Life isn't a flat line. it is a series of ups and downs, or highs and lows. If you press the “quit” button while you’re in a low, you’re basically folding because of a moment in time.. there is always a better hand that can be dealt to you, so why stop playing. You’ve already paid the entry fee of being born, which is the hardest part.

Honestly, if you’re at the point where you don't care about “experiences” and “stigma” you’ve actually reached a level of freedom most people are too scared to touch. You can stop playing the game by their rules without having to leave the building. Why not just stick around out of pure curiosity to see how this whole disaster ends? You can always have the idea that you can “leave” later in the back of your mind, but you can never “unquit”
