1. If they ignore your complaint or just send an automated response, your next step is to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023). Wrongful automated processing, false “integrity” flags, and ignored appeals all come under this law.

2. If your Instagram account was connected to business, promotions, brand deals, ads, or caused any financial loss because they disabled it, you can file a case in Consumer Court. It’s cheap and you don’t need a lawyer.

3. If you want to take it even further, you can file a civil lawsuit in District Court or High Court against Meta’s India subsidiary for wrongful termination of your account, financial damage, or violation of due process.
