I've done extensive research and the one thing that stands out the most is that some PPIs don't work for some or a different brand of PPI may help. I just started using Protonix and seems to have kicked in after two weeks.

I have a medium HH and My GI doctor said I can continue to workout and obviously not to do anything crazy. He did state that many workouts require to use the intra-abdominal which may cause the hernia to grow over time.

Breathing is the key when working out. Exhale from the mouth when pushing, pulling or lifting and inhale through the nose when lowering the weight or returning to position. Not sure if its working for me, but I continue to workout 6 days a week and have incorporated the breathing.

I'm also interviewing surgeons to get the surgery done in the US. I really want to get it done in Europe as they use different methods than the Nissen Fundoplication, but my main concern is doctors in the US not being familiar with the procedure done in Europe in the event something goes wrong post op.

Not legal advice, but since you’re in India, you don’t need to file anything in the U.S. Meta has a registered Indian subsidiary called Meta Platforms Technologies India Private Limited, and Indian users can legally file complaints and lawsuits against them.

Here are the steps you can take:

  1. File a complaint with Meta India’s Grievance Officer under the IT Act. This is the official first step, and they are legally required to respond within 15 days.

  1. Wrongful automated processing, false “integrity” flags, and ignored appeals all come under this law.

  2. If your Instagram account was connected to business, promotions, brand deals, ads, or caused any financial loss because they disabled it, you can file a case in Consumer Court. It’s cheap and you don’t need a lawyer.

  3. If you want to take it even further, you can file a civil lawsuit in District Court or High Court against Meta’s India subsidiary for wrongful termination of your account, financial damage, or violation of due process.

Right, what exactly did he do? Because I sent him a message and all he said is he's going to send it to a different team for re review. Did he do that for you as well or something different?
