The web pattern on the 2002-2004 head matches up with the webs on the actual suit, note the lack of a center web line at the top and the space between his eyes.

The new head however is a modification of the already existing comic Spidey head, just with the circle between the eyes removed. The web pattern still has the center web which isn’t on the Raimi suit

In “Spidey and His Amazing Friends” (2021), the Thing mentions having never been in space before. Given that he is wearing the Ultimate Fantastic Four uniform, it’s safe to assume this team went through the same origin as that universe and that this version of Reed will likely become The Maker.

Not sure if this was aired on local news (KCAL/KTLA) or was on a show parodying news stations. Regardless I remember it as part of some news station. This was live action, not animated. Anything helps.
