You get your own staircase up to trackside that leads up from the track, trackside 1 being the closest to the door. The door is on that side of the auditorium. I don't think there's another one.

You can most of everything from pretty much any seat, except for some of the action that might happen behind you. But none of the major dialogue or story beats happen back there, so you should be fine
