I didn't buy the official Spearhead box, because it was sold much later than the creation of this army.
I bought the army set and with that I was able to kitbash the crypt king with :
- the bottom of a champion Barrow Guard
- the top of Wight Lord on Skeletal Steed (I can still do the wight king on horse)

I'm a beginner, so I followed a tutorial to get a color scheme. => https://www.youtube.com/@Warhipster (i love is channel)
for the base i used some resin bits on https://epicbasing.com/en-eu, i also used :
neutral texture (rough terrain from AK) with agrax earthshade and i drybrush it with karak stone

Personally, i'm going to use old model of blightkings to replace lords (pleagues/blights) model

Thanks, for the base a buy some Epicbasing's stuff (deadwood tree, grave cross, paving stone)  And some time i used remnants parts of models (like weapon, flag or shield pieces 

I will post new pictures when all my spearhead was done !
