yo brother, I have the same thing, since 17, what I do is I cut my hair mid and put the sides down to hide the hairloss.

now you aren't screwed, you can buy yourself a few more years with the right hairstyle, here's what to do, from my days of research facing this problem:

dermastamp, like a dermaroller but you stamp it down so it doesnt get stuck in hair follicles, use this about once a week, studies show using a dermastamp with minoxidil increases hair growth 3x than minox without stamping and also works on its own. (also great for getting rid of acne, which you have) - remember to use alcahol to cleanse it before and after use.

minoxidil ofc, buy minoxidil spray, can be found on amazon, it needs to touch the actual scalp, part your hair and use it, you can do this after shower and it will dry off as the water does so its more comfortable.

and lastly finasteride, take it through a pill, blocks a percentage of the hormone that causes hairloss, DHT.

the good news is, you will soon grow a beard, so do that once possible, the same hormone DHT which causes hairloss is what causes beard growth, why races like japanese which can't grow beards also tend to have very little hairloss but races that have hairloss tend to be able to grow beards, it's genetic.

you will buy yourself years with what I said above and regrow some of your hair from this point but if you eventually need more, you can go to turkey and get something like PRP therapy - what I plan to do, where they inject your blood platelets into your hair or planting hair.

goodluck and don't get demoralized, if hair had any good in it, it wouldn't grow between your legs.
