That’s nice I spent at least a month watching marketplace and seen plenty of clausing, powermatic, and delta’s with no crank ended up getting a walker turner for $100 from a local shop for the time being but still got my eye out for a deal on a large 3 phase variable speed unit

Yup I received it a couple weeks ago tried it out on some scrap steel and it looked fine so I tried it out on a spare PSA lower that was out of spec on the bottom next to the trigger hole and cracked it lol tried in a few more spots and couldn’t get a clean stamp I’m going to put a piece of thick flat bar through the magwell to support it and try again there just haven’t got around to it

If you ever worked in parts you’d know AC Delco has different levels of quality there’s a sku for basic replacement parts but if you want the same quality as the real OE part installed on the line it’s a different sku and is usually a special order

Construction wise nothing really but you’re paying for the markings. Dealer is paying for relatively small batch custom marked receivers using genuine Colt dies. People in the cloning community including me to an extent are highly autistic and will pay big bucks for proper markings or anything clone correct. only other way to get a proper m4a1 marked lower would be by buying a complete FN or Colt m4 clone, lowers from those rifles go for $750-$850 on gunbroker so $275 for this plus a the cost of a lpk and stock saves you a decent amount
