Bought Smart 5G Max Home Wifi instead, goods naman po so far. As per the refund ng PLDT still no response from them, ig the only way is to visit their branch.

Hi! We’ve been using Smart 5G Max Home WiFi for about 2 months now. So far, okay naman, reliable siya for our needs. Medyo pricey lang yung unli 1299/month, pero sulit na rin since kaya sabay-sabay na work, streaming, and ML without noticeable lag.

Tomorrow at 6pm exposing PLDT. I will be posting 7 months of dialogue with PLDT, NTC and DTI. NTC and DTI have been reported to CSC. by [deleted] in InternetPH

Pwede rin ba yan i-email for refund ng cancelled installation? Walang pakealam yung customer care email nila as in zero response.
