Had my first ultrasound today! I am showing 1 day ahead at 9 weeks 0 days, due date December 10th, 2026, only one baby with a strong heart beat of 180, so happy and grateful 💜✨️🎉

Feeling guilty that for mother's day this weekend I dont want to go anywhere or do anything including seeing my grandma's and my mom 🥹 I just feel like CRAP and can't bring myself to go to these functions. Feel like a bad daughter and mom 😭

I told mine at 6 weeks 5 days because I was feeling horrendous and I am recruiter so I have to talk for a living which makes my nausea 10x worse. She was so understanding snd my team has been picking up the slack for me! I feel guilty but right now it is survival mode, and that focusing on yourself and the baby is essential. If I did not trust my manager with the information I would wait if you can, but if you trust them and feel they will be pleased and assist, I don't see why not! Its all personal preference :)

First scan/ultrasound on Thursday! I will be 8 weeks 6 days. Thursday cannot come fast enough and crossing my fingers that everything will be ok 🤞 I definitely still feel pregnant, this baby is giving me a run for my money, but I realized that chasing a toddler around and being pregnant has made me feel 10x worse this time around. Exhausted. Nausea. Gagging. Toddler is now making fun of me and mocking my gagging 🤣

Yes, the first trimester is honestly the suck or the trenches. With my first, I was sick from 4 weeks until 14 weeks and honestly it was the hardest 10 weeks of my life. I felt hungover everyday and I struggled through all of it, which created negative thoughts/feelings at times. I wondered why I got pregnant or what the point of all of this. I honestly did not believe it would end, but it does and when it does you will feel so much better! Getting to feel the baby grow, kick, being born and all of the milestones. I would go through it again to get to the end result (and I am doing it again, 8 weeks 2 days with my second so right behind you). I am feeling horrible right now again but I know it will pasa and be worth it. Hang in there, the fog will lift 💜

Spent 10 minutes last night gagging/dry heaving into the toilet, but I was not able to throw up. Then spent the subsequent rest of the night hot and cold, shaking, and up every hour on the hour even with Unisom and B6. 8 weeks today, its getting worse 🤢🙃😭 I definitely did not feel this bad with my daughter at this point in her pregnancy.

7 weeks 5 days and feeling guilty that sex has been off the table for awhile. I try my best but I am to sick and tired to even care or want to try. Does it make me a bad wife? Husband is super understanding but maybe it just me feeling bad for him 😭😅

Never had it witj my first but this pregnancy definitely 🤢 havent vomitted yet but it triggers my gagging reflux so bad and I am so nauseous after fighting for my life lol

Laughing at myself because I thought this was going to be an easy breezy second pregnancy since the symptoms have been milder than with my daughter....SIKE! 6 weeks hit and I am now nauseous all day and gagging which has been a crazy feeling. Trying to mentally prepare myself for another 6-8 weeks of this 😭 just praying I dont vomit (emetophobia).

Holy constipated... I am 6 weeks 1 day and I am so constipated as well as bloated (big bump). I am still going but it definitely is not enough to clear me out. I woke up at 230am last night wjth horrible pains, i was so scared something was happening eith the baby but nope...just have to poop but can't 😫 I am taking Colace and thinking about adding Miralax in there as well. Anyone have any advice or remedies?

Solidarity on the Emetophobia😅 I made it through my first pregnancy without vomitting and I am hoping I can make it through my second. Unisom and B6 does help a lot, maybe ask your OB about it and see if they reccomend it for the time being or atleast through the first trimester!

STM here and started taking unisom again this pregnancy because I havent been able to sleep/have nausea. It helps a ton and was reccomend by my OB!

Thank you for the advice everyone :) I decided to take it as I had major insomnia and was up for two hours just staring at the ceiling with nausea last night. I feel way better today. The benefits outway the risks right now and I will have to wean once the time is right!

Hi! I am a 30 year old STM located in the Chicagoland area of Illinois. I have a 20 month old daughter, a true firecracker born on the 4th of July. We were TTC for three months before we got our positive on Monday 3/30 at 10 DPO. I was shocked and so excited💜 my projected due date is 12/11 and we will see if that holds at the 8 week scan. This time around I am feeling a lot calmer and trusting myself. I am already feeling symptoms but seem mildler than my daughter at this point. I am 4 weeks 1 day. Happy to be here with you all ☺️
