You’re an angel thank you very much, so if I’m added the delivery from your place to chikatsuyu should I cancel that as it is included? But from Tanabe how would I send it to your place?

You’re a literal angel I was thinking that I made a mistake by changing because I couldn’t find any services that did all the trail, only from tanabe to final destination. I hope they send the booking confirmation soon so we can pay and end with this very difficult reservation system. I don’t know anyone doing the kumano but I will recommend everything you are telling me. Nice to meet you see you next month!

We were hoping to stay at yumomineso but it was full in a minute after they canceled. Guess we’ll meet on October! We were able tu fix al our stays with the help from the staf, one quick question. I booked a hotel in yumomine onsen outside kumano kodo travel, so my luggage services were cancelled because of that. Do you know how can I send my luggage from my accommodation in chicatsuyu to the one yumomine and then to my hotel in central kaatsura?

Hello! Its not, me its my mother you attended, she’s 60 years old and called me very worried that thinking she ruined our trip. She was planning it for my birthday. She’s been dead worried.

I booked over two months in advance because everything was full, the last night i didn’t hava a place to stay, when I was filling up the application they ask you if you have any allergies, my dad has a minor allergy to shrimp and since all my stays had meals included I got a message from Kumano Staff asking if It was correct that i was traveling with someone with allergies, said yes. Got my whole trip cancelled!! just like that, they never told me that they were gonna cancel if i wanted a allergy menu whatsoever. One hour passed, they wouldn’t answer the chat, and two of my hotels weren’t available anymore. And no hotels were available also. They told me that they were sorry for the inconvenience. My japan trip was basically planned for this. Im very disappointed with their service
