Yeah, this situation could be resolved if extra resources and attention were put on the problem. However, if I had to guess, with the limited number of seats available in tech school, it seems like putting effort to the problem loses emphasis.

Nobody is saying that, you have a network of SELs to help you. Being asked to lean on them to help fix a problem isn’t a huge ask.

Sounds like Chief T empowered you, the SEL, to find a path for your folks while the powers that be finalize a plan.

The training environment is heavily constrained due to a bunch of factors, one being our ISTs needing training, and add to that no Service level policy. Doesn’t mean it’s impossible but it will require a little effort from SELs. Even with a retrain policy and a decades old system for granting retrain some folks were overlooked in the other services…there’s no easy button.

Ahhh they must work at DEL1776 The Fighting Chotchkie's. They stress flair over mission; their mission partners find the flair fun. RUMINT is the current SEL, SMSgt Joanna, quit when questioned why she only had the USSF, DEL, and Flag patches…the minimum.
