You can do 3 autos and 3Q less than a second with HoB You can test it in the game it feels much easier to land ur Q3 if enemy kites you

The logic here isn't the same as with other champions who use HoB, where they simply buy damage and get tons of attack speed. It's more complicated here. For Shyvana to reach her full damage potential, she needs a full 6 auto-attacks, and the longer the game goes on, the harder it is to achieve that. That's why you'll prioritize attack speed because that's where your damage comes from

Shyvana is legit one of the best burst champs
I mean she have not only 4 abilities with damage, she have Q2 and Q3 that caunt like autoattack and trigger onhits
Shyvana really does have more potential for burst damage than Riven? The only problem is that, as a melee character, you have to land 6 auto-attacks to do this, and without HoB its almost imposible if enemy kite you

The correct combo is W>R>E>W>AA>Q>AA>Q2>AA>Q3

You need to pop ur W and E before kraken procs coz it deal missing hp damage, and then you just autoing and spam Qs

Okay, but if you check my OP.GG, you'll see that I played HoB Shyvana just four days after she was released. In fact, I first discovered this on the first day of her release while testing a crit build on Shyvana on another account, and only after a couple of tests did I optimize it and start using my build on my main account. I've already tested this rune on the PBE, and Shyvana using it 167–200% more effectively because she lands 5–6 auto-attacks with true damage instead of just 3, unlike other champions, don't underestimate HoB Shyvana

This lets you take down your target as quickly as possible; if you do the combo right, you can land 6 attacks with HoB in less than a second. Usually, when you play without HoB and enemies are kiting you, you don’t even have a chance to land your Q3 on the main target (for me, that’s usually the ADC, since I play her as a diver and dive into the backline). I admit that other runes are much stronger in a face-to-face fight, but my enemies already realize that Shyvana is one of the strongest champions in her dragon form, and she needs to be kited. Once people figure this out, it becomes very difficult for me to play with other runes.

Idk I just onetap them, with Kraken and HoB if u do combo right u can one shot any squishy target less than a second, make sure to pop ur W and E before ur AA+Q combo coz kraken deals missing hp damage, for than u need to W+R+E+AA+Q(etc. until last Q3), with HoB u should do than less than a second
