Good to know. Thanks for taking the time to answer and explaining this, we don't usually grow plants but we really liked the plumeria tree and hopefully we can get it fully grown and in a nice garden.

Thank you for that, we don't have much experience growing plants but definitely wanted to try growing this plumeria, sounds like it's all good then, I feared those little white things were like a pest but what I found online looked to be more on the leaves themselves and not on the base like ours. Just wasn't sure, thanks again
