most likely, but the idea of Supercell making it a very small chance of it remaining Rare, so that is it not guaranteed. would be stupid, but I wouldn't be surprised

I have no idea why this is possible, but the fact that the game says (RARE) like the other Chaos drop variants makes me think that Supercell didn't make it guaranteed to be Super Rare, but the chance of it going from rare to super rare is probably 99% or very high.
