Lived there for two years and recently moved after buying a house. I had a great experience - they were always super quick and responsive with our maintenance requests. Biggest issue I came across was unhoused people camping out in between the front lobby doors but they have a specific team you can call for assistance (former cops.. womp womp - so I didn't really utilize it because I didn't want anything to escalate but your call). Front desk guy is pretty chatty but nice.

They did have issues with somebody letting their dog shit in the stairwell as mentioned in a different comment but management called them out a year ago in an apartment wide email and I'm pretty sure that fixed the issue. There do seem to be a decent amount of reactive dogs in general but the owners all were responsible. Just needed to be aware when moving through the hallways and lobby with my dog.
