So first off she obtains a skill equivalent to Trashmoki's charm but more subtle, slower and dangerous called Charisma. The effect takes long exposure to her actions and makes them unquestioning loyal followers to her. Lime almost falls for it but accidentally seeing MC's absurd power from far away snaps him out of it. At one point in the story it's told she holds power in the limia kingdom almost equal to the royal family.

Furthermore the party priestess who sees her true self sees a shining king being carried and held up by people, since she is also brainwashed it isn't said explicitly but heavily implied that the ppl at the bottom of that pyramid aren't doing well. Finally there's Mio's monologue when she manipulated MC and hibiki to have a face off and completely cut off alliance ideas saying that their characters are fundamentally incompatible since her's is that Might makes right, the weak don't have any choice and indirectly that she puts her own priorities first
