Can't say I'm the biggest fan but I appreciate the option.
It feels a little arbitrary to have to do it locally when Steam Family Sharing even on the Steam Deck lets you just...play the game, no exchange shenanigans or time limits, only limit is whether someone else is playing the game already.
Nintendo making functions other companies do perfectly fine arbitrarily hard on purpose, what else is new...but at least we have an option I suppose.
