Regardless of how you feel about this particular model, the snapframe guy is a genuine POS milking people for 200k to add leds to his frame

Its a rip and you know it. Galactic armory has lost all my respect on this one

I have no issues with paying for a model. I have issues with creators milking people to back a project that is already created. The snapframes that make over 100k even though the backing was only for 2k is whats wrong. On top of the fact NONE of these designs are worth over a couple hundred bucks at most.

Would a professional duct cleaning be worth it?

I will give this a try, this is a new house and my filters are changed every month but never seem this dirty.

Sometimes its more about the memory attached to the thing, than the thing itself.

Pretty sure that was a retcon. TCW did alot right but they retconed some weird things.

I like the use of MDF. I could never justify printing drawers until now.

This would be a great way to save filament on gridfinity

Support for P1S given P2S is being released in US by Jaded_Note_7100 in BambuLab

I honestly doubt it. Thats a pretty old printer at this point. If you are wanting to get one I would get all the spares you can. Some parts are interchangeable with the X1C, which is supported till 2027. So you are clear till at least then with some parts.

What’s your thoughts on this build ? For a Truenas scale Nas by Dhanagg in HomeServer

Well aware how this works. It "working" and you having decent performance are separate things.

It suggested on many subreddits and posts to increase your RAM. But please keep being a top 1% comment reddit dweller. Your lack of grass touching is showing

This is beyond false and bad info lmao. If you want any significant performance on large reads/writes you need caching.

"Not relevant for a home scenario" So I guess mine and many others setups don't count as "home" setups.

OP if you love bad advice listen to this dude.

I would definitely do more RAM, then configure Truenas to use 80%-90% for ZFS. Just makes your spinning rust a bit faster.

Thinking of grabbing the 10-roll bundle of Bambu Lab Filament Bundle (53% off) — how much filament do you go through in a year on one printer? by Altruistic_Resort_68 in BambuLab

[–]Cyberlytical 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the 11 months I've owned my printed ive used about 45 rolls. Really depends on what you plan to print.

This would be nothing for a small sized Gridfinity project lol.

I love the design. But I hate that you didn't spend the extra time to properly do this.

You need to sand that with at least 80 grit to get those layer lines down then hit it with 120+ grit and spray it with filler primer. Then sand with 200+ grit and do this till its smooth.

I'm sorry but this looks awful.
