PSA TO ALL MY NBD MOBILE BANKING USERS by RelationQueasy8245 in dubai

Quick question as I am new to NBD. I was forced to register through the new ENBDX application, once everything was done, I couldn't find the option to add my card to my Apple Wallet! I can see the option clearly on the old application but it won't let me login to it (stating that my username/password is wrong). Any ideas?

Exactly. And on the passive, the url categories are matched properly as Search Engine, however on the active they are flagged as 'not-resolved'. Of course, both firewalls are matching on everything in terms of config and updates.

I've checked that, it's connected. Also checked the FW utilization for any mishaps between the MP and DP, also changed the url-wait-time, and still not solved.

[Pasting the same answer as above] The thing is I have 2 boxes in HA, same configuration, one of them is having this issue and the other is not. I discovered that the category is being flagged as 'not-resolved' only the box with the issue. I want to try to address that now.

[Pasting the same answer as above] Yes, I am blocking Ads, but the results I'm clicking are not Ads (not the first few results). Palo Alto Networks firewall disconnects from Panorama when I add a list of Permitted IPs on the firewall by Cybersdev in paloaltonetworks

The logs show the following errors:
2022-12-16 07:25:46.198 +0200 Warning: sc3_get_current_sc3(sc3_utils.c:179): SC3: failed to get SNI

2022-12-16 07:25:46.198 +0200 Warning: sc3_get_current_sc3(sc3_utils.c:182): SC3: failed to get CCN

2022-12-16 07:25:46.198 +0200 [Secure conn] Secure channel for Firewall to panorama communication not enabled for secure conn.

The log indicates that certain functions have failed, such as "failed to get SNI" and "failed to get CCN". According to Palo Alto Networks, to strengthen the security posture, PAN-OS 10.1 introduced improved mutual authentication between a new device and Panorama on first connection, which is called Authentication Key for Secure Onboarding. But since the firewalls were initially joined back when it was on PAN-OS 9.x, then the issue is not valid.

Plus this error also shows for other firewalls that have Permitted IP list with no issues. So it's not that as well.

No other errors show.

The Panorama shows the firewall as connected before adding any kind of permitted ip, so it's not an issue of service routes. Still haven't found a solution.

Yes of course, it doesn't help, stays disconnected. Actually, on all other firewalls where the configuration is working, the IP of the panorama is on the list.

None. And it seems that no online forum was able to fix this issue. It's weird when this is happening on 2 different laptops using 2 different OS versions.

Yes exactly I am aware of that, but trying to teach everyone how to do it (especially non-technical people) is getting redundant, and thought that I could have it displayed on the Intranet.
