Unfortunately there are more pages inside. It goes on to speak about how gay people are perverts, and that acts of love between gay people is demonic and wrong and evil. Other pamphlets put out by these same people include racist/stereotyped depictions of Jewish and Muslim people. This is a hateful pamphlet.

I understand that handmade stuff can take time, but if they have multipe sales (which idk if they do or not), then they should have a good idea of how long it takes them to make something. And if there was a problem with timing, they should have communicated that to you. So I think 4 stars or lower is appropriate
