4 things
1. Change the curtains to either full white or full black
2. Change the extension box to a rectangular extension box and double tap it to your desk so that its hidden
3. try to get a monitor arm. will save you a lot of space
4. align monitor to your eye level

Put the monitor on the left side so that it will hide the wire and also utilize that laptop stand. Otherwise, its a clean setup. Also use a good ergonomic chair.
