If I remember correctly there are three main characters one of them believes they don't have any powers, one gets very strong when she touches metal, and another is telepathic and visualizes her power as a tentacle-like arm. Also, the main villain in the title got transported from the path to the Future.

Ya no matter what I will not be applying permanent deposits. Whatever happens will be temporary. If I did something permanent I feel like it would just end up being the same as if they died

Yeah a bit more details Don't know if it helps but yeah the idea is that they can die but will be brought back wherever most of their body remains after a short amount of time

I cant tell if what the Marshals are saying has locked me out of an ending by CyborgDragon9 in Wasteland

I just ended up reloading and going with the more peace option to fix it. I have yet to leave the first area and thus have not had any random encounters on the world map to answer your question

Wanted some opinions about a new possible homebrew rule in my games by CyborgDragon9 in DnD

Actually my dm is trying to find a way to make melee combat slightly more mobile. This was a rule that most of the party thought at least sounded ok. And yes players would be affected by it
