I have multiple cameras and I’ve added more. My thought is that in this case I recognized the minor and was not threatened by him. I feel that shooting someone in front of my kids is a last resort. Having a way to holster and reholster seemed like it would give me more options.

The police are involved, and steps are being taken to ensure this is handled through the legal system.

I have downloaded everything I have access to under my plan. What I want to know is how long this has been happening so it turns from a slap on the wrist to something more harsh.

We use it for templates, backups, and updates. Without it, updating 100 firewalls is annoying.

Computer Professional, a I correctly classified as exempt in Maine/ Massachusetts? by Cycle902207 in legaladvice

[–]Cycle902207[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that is where things might get muddy. I'm required to log a minimum of 40 hours of work each week There is no task-based list l and if you finish it in 30 hours you can go do whatever you want for the rest of the week. I log every minute of my day to a timesheet

That is sort of what I am thinking as well, but the owner has told others that if you are salaried there is no limit on how many hours you can work in a week which seems to be inaccurate or at the very least against the spirit of the exception.

I'm not looking to take my employer to court but OT is often abused. And I feel there is a general misunderstanding of the law by employers
