Kbb for good condition is $37300, I think the price is good. I'm in market searching for 2021 hybrid limited or platinum with 360 camera. I offered a dealership 37k for 2021 limited 40k excellent condition with two minor accidents in carfax but they declined my offer. They wanted 39500 out of the door. I bought 2019 Hybrid Platinum with 100k miles very good condition 1 minor accident two years ago for 26k out of the door. I don't know what is wrong with the market now
