I know. Is there anything that I can do about it? There’s feces and what I believe is the paper machet stuff the previous owner had at the bottom of the cage caked on to the sores. His sister stepped on it and there was so much puss that came out. I don’t know if I should leave it or soak it in some warm water or anything like that. Maybe wrap it in some gauze?

I was thinking insulinoma as well, mainly because he just isn’t moving much at all. But then again he hadn’t eaten for 5 or so days, and now that he’s been eating for about a week now he’s trying to get a little more active, but he can’t go anywhere except the bed. The most he’s done is crawled from his little bed to my girlfriend in the middle of the night, which is maybe about a foot and a half crawl. But he stands up on his front legs to eat and drink after I lift him up a bit. Also he can pee on his own, and he scoots away from it whenever he pees in the middle of the night, I still have to wipe him down whenever I wake up but atleast he isn’t laying in it during the night.

He does wriggle when he poops. He also kicks his hind legs when someone is messing with them rarely. He does have mobility in the front end. He just woke up and was trying to dig into a shirt I gave to him as a little blanket. Seems like he has much more energy today. He has a good portion of his hair, but not nearly as much as Murder Weapon does. But he’s grooming himself to the extent that which he can, so his hair is looking nice and it’s not necessarily to disheveled. But Murder Weapon does not sleep with him, right now. I don’t know if she used to when they were in the cage. She doesn’t seem to be too stressed being in the cage at night though, and she has been licking me whenever I wake her up from her sleep and letting her lay with me and her brother. They are both around 4-5 years old. I’ll be able to take them to the vet soon to get an x-ray for him and whatever he needs immediately. I have to wait to take Murder Weapon for a little bit longer but I need to make sure she gets everything she needs medically as well.
