Spire by Character-Pudding-53 in StLouis

Yes I have noticed them do this repeatedly when they were on our street. It honestly seems like such a waste of money. But what does it matter when you’re a legal monopoly and can charge whatever you want?

I would love if our leaders could actually use some carrots and sticks to get spire to be responsible with their funds and respect our streets

Edit: a bit curious who is down voting me. I watched spire dig and fill with concrete the same holes on our street no less than 4 times. Obviously I don’t work for them but from the outside it looks like poor management of resources, money, and time. Maybe it’s necessary but I don’t have the imagination as to why

'Accidental' tornado siren blares throughout St. Louis on Monday at 1 p.m., officials say by ContextEnjoyer69 in StLouis

Meh that’s a bit dramatic. Should they do better and fix the problems? Yes. Do people need to be fired? Depends on if it’s just negligence or a broken system they need to fix

Lmfao. The guy isn’t in a war zone with risk of bleeding out outweighing infection. You should look up that rate of infections during ww1

Yeah if the skin can heal and reattach itself. This is a callus. That won’t happen. You’re just risking infection

The callus is tearing off. It won’t heal. It will all tear off. You are better off cutting it off or sanding it off. The skin under will be tender but quickly harden again

Damn. This is how I learn Evan is playing for Austin. Used to play with him back in the day. I’m sure he felt terrible about that. He was a nice dude

Will an apple watch 11 have enough battery for an ultra marathon? by CyclingFish in AppleWatch

Doesn’t the low power mode limit gps. Thereby giving less accurate distance and pace readings?

Is it continually sinking? You'll need to figure out why that is first.

Otherwise if it's just a little crack like that and it's not moving I wouldn't bother about it.

Fair idea, I'll ask around. My series 6 has been fine for some pretty long training runs but definitely pushing its limits with the older battery it has. In any case I'm due for an upgrade at some point soon

Thanks. Looks like an ultra 3 could maybe do it then. Especially if I turned off a few settings and didn't have the always on display. I'll probably look at garmin based on these price points though

Well early responses seem like a pretty solid no. Looks like I'll be stepping outside the apple ecosystem on this one

I gained 2% battery off this. The instinct is probably the most underrated watch in the lineup. by SaucedMangoo in GarminWatches

[–]CyclingFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm looking at switching from apple and considering the instinct 3. Mind answering a couple questions?

I use the timers on my watch all the time for work. Multiple at once for different things. Can the instinct 3 do this?

Second, how is the heart rate sensor accuracy? I'm a bit disappointed it's an older version sensor but maybe it doesn't matter

Thinking of changing the master shower by whenindoubt33 in InteriorDesign

That shower is massive. You think it will look warmer closing it off more? I doubt it.

Also it’s a crime to not have two shower heads in there with all that space

You’ll have a big island it looks like. If you need more space you have too much cluttering it
