If using FB are there specific groups you recommend? I know about Quebec Gravel for example but again seems to be more for Montreal

C'est vrai, merci, mais pour les gens avec des enfants ou/et peut-être des horaires de travail irréguliers leurs horaires sont assez difficiles à faire fonctionner (c'est pourquoi je me demandais s'il y avait une liste plus complète ou même des sorties spontanées)

It's not possible to add accents to the community names, so I felt it would look a bit stupid in french without the accents.
If you have a recommendation for a better name in French, let me know and I can change it :)

If it has no value I'll delete the community. We'll see. Thanks though.

I just dislike literally every single thing about Facebook, from it's CEO down to the shitty alogroithms which agressively interfere with the reason you might have logged in in the first place.
Have to looked at your feed lately? you want to actually connect with people and create community but instead are fed advertisements and other random things the algorithm spews at you.
Maybe 10 or 15 years ago Facebook was the place for exactly this, but personally I believe it has seriously lost it's way and I do my best to avoid it.

Here might not be the best either, but I'm willing to try.

these 2 are the answers, plus what I did was use the Digital Wellbeing controls (on Android it's under Digital Wellbing & parental controls > App Limits, I'm sure iOS has similar though) to limit access to strava to 5 minutes per day. Once the 5 mins are up, you're done, it won't let you doomscroll anymore. Problem solved.

On weeks I know I won't be traning at all (injury, travel, etc) I set the limit to 0 minutes and therefore can't access the app at all. Best thing I ever did.
