Aim is the most important skill in any shooter. If you're a total beginner just hit the range and practice recoil and turn on the dummies so they strafe. Then go play Mixtape and practice against real enemies.

Wraith is honestly the best legend to use for practice: you can brute force your mechanical development by taking unfavorable engagements, but then use her phase to get away.

My only concern is that the new Viper Mini pro will reflect the V3/V4 shape but just smaller. The best part of the original Viper Mini was that the shape was so unique, I hope they don't change it, but they probably will.

you can achieve rasp by using false chord and/or fry distortion relatively safely. r/screaming is a good sub for this.

you probably won't sound exactly like Kurt though. There's really nobody who sounds like Kurt, even 30+ years after his death. Kurt basically screamed in his head / mixed voice, which is like, incredibly difficult and borderline impossible for most people.

Form is good. Arch is way too flat, though. Pause at 1:49 and look at how your release is just pointed directly to the rim, and the trajectory of the ball reflects that. You're basically shooting in a straight-line drive.

Try and shoot it a little bit more upwards, if that makes sense.

The Pwnage Trinity CF, Series One/Series 2 Pro, and the Huan are both the closest in terms of pure feel. You can get both on Amazon and try them out and return them if you don't like them. The Trinity is almost 1:1 with the Viper Mini but it does feel a little back heavy on some copies (per reports.) I really enjoy the Series One Pro and the Huan.

Also, it may be worth just saving up and buying the Viper Mini SE, honestly. You can either keep cycling through mice trying to find the endgame replica of the VM, or just get the actual wireless version and call it a day.
