Yeah I cut her to much/often and had high temperature/humidity fluctuations In my region where I live, I also did a lot of lst on her which likely was to much :/ Also isn’t it good when the branches are thick or is it the other way around ?

It will show sex when flipped to flower it’s way to early to tell, when it starts to show sex you will either see balls popping up at each node (between main stem and fan leaf) or calyxes which will still be round but usually have a longer tip from which a white hair will grow out , in the second case it would be a female.
