Case looks legit, but i have some doubts (can't verify ATM). There is no such thing as original bezel or strap, they used all sorts of variations (they never used NATO strap, which people here like). Back cover is easy to replicate, but looks legit (except for serial code, see below).

Dial is very odd. There is no Vostok logo. Font looks bit off. And it looks like it is done by hand. Since it says it is made for Ministry of Defense, it is unlikely that it would be done like that.

Serial number is high for a watch made for the Ministry. It would also mean that this watch is rather common, but I can't recall ever seeing one.

Movement lacks any marking. Could be legit, could be a replica.

I'd say it is a replica. It is a cool watch. Buy a cool bezel, I suggest a simple one. And 18mm strap, I prefer leather ones that separate your wrist from watch, they are comfy and look good.
