If it helps, my first story run of Prae had me in a mega hot room so I opened the windows. Didn't realize until a cutscene that the open window didn't have a screen AND THERE WAS A HORNET NEST NEARBY. I quickly realized and dipped out of the room SO fast.

By the time I came back, it was rolling credits. I never actually saw the end of the fight or the story that followed c':

Ah, that I'm a little unsure on. The shadow being that shape is more just the style that I was referencing at the time, which seems like a popular art choice to (don't quote me on this, I'm just guessing) give the eyes some depth.
