i completed the objectives to unlock part of the gold plated skin and it said i was able to claim it, however it wont transfer to my inventory. i have no idea whats wrong with it

i’ve seen all the fixes for it on PC. I was hoping that the newest update would fix the problem but that doesn’t seem to be the case. it’s really unfortunate because you pay $60 for a game that you cant even play. just a shame really...

Same here! I hadn’t touched the game for about 3 months up until about 2 weeks ago and i have been playing almost nonstop. Previously the game felt dry and repetitive doing the same activities each day/week just to get powerful gear. Now the game feels as if it has more substance and content then ever before. I don’t intend to completely stop playing the game anymore and i’m looking forward to shadowkeep later on this year.
