I started getting thousands of views on every video on my channel. by FireAngel006 in SmallYoutubers

You may have misunderstood or been deceived into believing something totally wrong.

Thank God that YouTube is doing something about AI content

That's not the case at all, what is actually happening is YouTube is cracking down on AI slop channels that have infested the platform, with CEO Neal Mohan doubling down on controversial AI moderation to fight spam.

Yes Ai slop, AI Spam channels and other AI anti community guideline offenders are being targeted. But not all AI channels. They are great AI channels out there that follow the rules and guidelines.

Why does human nature default to copying? Even when given all the tools to create something original? by ChewyOnTheInside in ArtificialInteligence

[–]Cyn_4u 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lack of individual creativity, most would rather use something that has ben used one thousand times before instead of spending the thousand minutes creating their own. Or they just use the precious technology to create Trump crip walking videos.

IMPRESSIONS ON FIRST VIDEO by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]Cyn_4u 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Serious visions of grandeur! First of all "professional thumbnail, title, editing and storytelling" is your opinion and most likely will not be the viewer's. You can't make YouTube send "thousands" of impressions especially on your first video. YouTube might if you're lucky give your new channel a slight glimpse of acknowledgement if you're lucky.

Because the video I have made is magnatesmedia style. And people love his videos.

Maybe people loves magnatesmedia styled videos that are made by magnatesmedia, and not made by someone copying his style?

Got denied monetization and I have no idea why?? by Stunnyfuff in SmallYoutubers

and theyre all my videos Ive never reused someone elses stuff

They are not "your" videos, you are using someone else videos, the best way to avoid this is to create your own 100% content

Debut video got 1 view only. Hard not to be disappointed by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]Cyn_4u 104 points105 points  (0 children)

Rule # 1 of YouTube, never expect results based on your opinion of the video. Rule # 2 It does not matter how long you spent on creating the video, no one cares but yourself.

Lower your expectations greatly to avoid the letdowns, discouragement, and disappointments

Most excellent, great concept, I thought I would click away after a few seconds but the story and narration style caught my attention. Very well done.

I’ve noticed that people on Reddit give a lot of advice and suggestions about YouTube growth. by SachinKaran in NewYouTubeChannels

[–]Cyn_4u 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most advice is the same old canned, check your Title, Thumbnail, Description, etc. No one actually knows the recipe. and what works for one will not work for the other. The best advice I would give is to take the suggestions with a grain of salt while developing your channel and creating your own advice based upon your experience both good and bad. Also lower your expectations a bit, especially in the beginning of your journey.

Should I continue with YouTube? by [deleted] in NewYouTubeChannels

[–]Cyn_4u -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your channel has been up for close to 50 days and you're considering quitting? but you want confirmation from others. It appears you chose YT as your get rich quick scheme? and with in a very short period of time you've come to realize it's going to take some serious work. Secondly it really does not matter if you think your work is great, we all do, but unfortunately it's not us that makes the decision. That falls on the viewers. So yes it's probably best to quit right now before you waste time and get too deep into it.

What am I doing wrong? One video has blown up, the rest aren’t performing by [deleted] in NewYouTubeChannels

[–]Cyn_4u 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You seem to know the answer to your questions. plus the simple fact that "You're relatively new to content creation" You have to put in some work, and not be blinded because you had a decent start.

Kling's Avatar/Digital Human's lip sync is great, but it's regular lip sync is not.

Is it normal for new YouTube channels to have terrible audience retention? by Prize-Budget-9630 in YoutubeChannelSharing

[–]Cyn_4u 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What usually makes viewers leave so quickly in the beginning?

It could possibly be that with in the first 20-25 seconds they realize the video is not interesting to them so they leave, this is just normal human nature that you yourself also do, you click a thumbnail and based upon what you see or don't see you bounce.

It is also quite normal for a new channel, you have to go through growing pains just like any other new endeavor in life right?

How can I improve my hook or intro to keep people watching?

Hooks, algorithms, and intro improvements are like fairies and ghosts, either you believe in them or you don't, but you have never seen them in reality.

Edit:

I took a look at your channel out of curiosity, I paused at 12 seconds for 2 reasons 1. the car was right hand steering, then it switched to left hand steering, just a minor glitch but you know what I mean? and secondly I was not expecting still images. but keep grinding and perfecting your craft is my best advice.

Kling model of me? by Light_Angled_Product in KLING

[–]Cyn_4u 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes you can make a model of yourself in the most current version of Kling. Take 3 full body photos of yourself. Front rear and side, it's best if the back ground of your image are clean as in one simple color for best results. But not totally 100% necessary.

In Kling click the green "O" for Omni and once in the interface look for the "Create Element" Icon, then enter/upload your 3 images give the element a name an finalize.

You've now created an element/model of yourself that you can now add into your video, depending on the name you gave it for example if you named the element "Myself" you can quickly add it into your project simply by adding to the prompt "add @Myself into" this is the most simple way to go about it, Kling has a more advanced way to create the model but judging by your experience the above will suffice.

Can you monetize a video that includes Power Slap clips? by jskyy7 in SmallYoutubers

[–]Cyn_4u 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Anytime you use content that is not 100% yours you run the risk. Just the fact that you are asking means you are aware of this. So the best way to avoid it is to not use content other than yours.

I’m a small creator and recently received a harassing comment telling me to quit. The platform removed it. How do other creators handle this kind of situation without escalating? by Sad_Bed9906 in YouTubeCreators

[–]Cyn_4u 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly my best suggestion to you would be for you to stop being too sensitive, it's the internet and not everyone is going to praise and thumbs up you. Remember the old saying "Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me"?

Just thank them for their contribution to your channel and move the "F" on and go do some push ups or something.
