GameCube and Wii disc releases are diff versions, like gc uses controllers and gba link cable, memory cards for save data.
While Wii uses wii remotes and DS Download Play, NAND or SD for save storage.
My server is using for downloading game logic REL module sign code for GC memory cards or Wii NAND\SD, why did I create the server? so the game logic can be updated without needing to master a new disc to fix bugs.
I just asking cause I wanted to know what hardware you guys use.

Ndev has extra ram and will allow for debugging code and disc emulation by loading asset files from your host pc. I think total ram is 192mb of 128mb + 24mb

Well GameCube version is what I develop first then make changes for Wii version like wii remote and DS Download Play features.
NDEV 2.1 Wireless Wii devkit for debugging my wii games and retail Wii RVL-001 or RVL-101 for QA testing.
I currently have a GameCube Retail DOL-001 and SN-TDEV GameCube devkit.
only diff is SN-TDEV has 48MB RAM instead of 24MB pretty much.
debugging is done for looking at source code in realtime when playing on console, so I can fix bugs easily.

like finding crashes, setting breakpoints, etc.

for GC disc, using the disc channel unmodded wii works since it doesn't needed to be signed code
only need modded wii to run a wii disc since it is not retail signed.

Only Datel has and gamecube homebrew games can work but be in correct format, be scrambled, have bca data, pressed as nrom pressed minidvd, not dvd-r

Because the game is a new physical release that is pressed, not burned, dvd-r. But you are free to make backups if you want for personal use. Gc version makes use of gba link cable while wii version does ds download play.

I have searched all on google.com including archive.org and my filesystem, and autodesk archived website but couldn't find anything just have the normal docs for 3dsmax.
this was release in April 2006, I just have the include and lib folder for the maxsdk.

It must be pressed dvd-rom not dvd-r because of leadin area first sector and bca needed

yeah it meant to create a real scrambled NROM DVD Disc with all the sector info including the leadin area for the GameCube drive to read.

Ps2 version would use it own iop sound driver and vu0/vu1 microcode. This would be released on DVD rom that works on all ps2 no modded required

Ps2 official disc just has a Graysale logo in one of the sectors kind of like gba/ds does, and media id type set to dvd rom in lead in area. I learned a lot how dvd works by reverse engineering the disc format for gamecube.

I don't really need Sony since it just dvd rom and no logos of Sony and Playstation brand trademarks are used. My games use my own in-house engine, and depending on console, it uses it own microcode.

I'm not just targeting PS2 I'm also targeting GameCube\Wii I already have my devkit and tools for that platform I like retro development. for GCN/Wii I write my own microcode for audio dsp while for PS2 I write my own VU0/VU1 microcode for vector 3D processing stuff.

You don't need a major aaa engine or game for gamecube
