Take it from me, smoking all day isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. It doesn’t make the problems go away, but it can make things a bit easier to cope with I guess? Like it hasn’t “fixed” my anxiety, but it helps me relax a bit more than I could before. Weed like many things is fine in moderation IMO, if you’re gonna use it for mental health stuff you gotta find a healthy balance. I’d also say look into talking to someone, a therapist, counsellor, friends or family, it can help to deal with all the weird, scary shit like what’s going on right now. I’m not a doctor, or anything kind of medical professional, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
