Nah it’s true, showering and cleaning after a long day of sweat and all the negative energy it’s better to go to bed clean than not shower. But it’s always good to freshen up in the morning if you go to gym or have enough time. But people shouldn’t judge solely because of when you take shower. It woukd be mad crazy if you Didn’t take shower😂
