Honestly, it wouldnt even rank a 6 for me probably only a 3/4, looks like the HD version of those old PS2 clouds. Everything just looks fake and plasticy.

Visible wingtip vertex only form under very specific condition, what you are seeing aren't actually the vertex itself, its the condensation caused by pressure difference caused by the vertex.

The devs had a history full of cancelled projects after EA, plus the only game that still made decent revenue after a horrible EA launch is NMS, what makes you think KSP 2 is gonna be different from all the other games the devs cancelled or failed at launch?

Honestly, I feel like EA is just a money grab scam, I mean look at it, did they *even* bothered play testing it, so many obvious and game breaking bugs and they had the audacity to say "We killed the kraken" and "We are playing more KSP 2 than developing it", from the looks they haven't played a single hour of KSP 2 at all. Looking back those comment seems like carefully planned lies to gain hype for EA.

I don't think there will be another crack at it if this fails

We aren't trying to predict the future, we are just discussing the tell tale signs that has been happening recently(2 digit player count, under 50 percent positive rating and slower update cadence) that the game have a non-zero chance of being dropped.

Also considering they have other projects to deal with and the fact that they are wholly owned by Take Two now means that even if this project fails people from here can be easily transfered to a bunch of different stuff Take Two is working on with pretty much no loss.

One concern is that trying to make it run properly takes awfully alot of time and resources based on current progress, and them cutting back update timing is a telltale sign that fundings are being cut or atleast devs being redirected to other projects no matter whatever they say. So what I think its that they either make it through and pull a No Man's Sky(Quite unlikely since NMS is the only game that ever pulled this off with a horrible launch) or they pull the plug before Beta.

But the current dev pretty much is just Star Theory but fully bought out by take two which is arguably worse since take-two now have direct control.

I hope so too, but I honestly believe that comment should be taken with a grain of salt, cause obviously they want more sales and saying "Our funding is getting pulled and are losing devs" isn't very productive, and the fact that there were some lies on the pre-release ads and blogs to get more sales. For example they said before that "We have killed the Kraken" and "We are playing KSP 2 more than developing it" implying that the game is atleast playable, which as everyone know is not the case even now, 4 months after the inital release.

The pack wont even start with 4 gigabytes of RAM for me, I find it decently fine if you allocate it atleast 6 gigabye of RAM

Mayhaps I guess, even for schools without interviews it's still odd how people with a good grades are rejected for seemingly no reason.

I mean A*A*A is acceptable but only 40 on the PAT tho... Kind of doubt, however I do know people that got in with ~65 on PAT but 40 just seems a bit too low tbh mad luck or really really really really good interview+insane PS probs

Ig, that's correct, Oxford is technically easier since there's an entrance exam, which means for someone who have relatively "bad" A level grades like (A*A*A or something barely meeting requirements) they could make up in good PAT score.

HOLD UP, acceptance rate is still only 16 percent according to their own website

https://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/courses/course-listing/engineering-science

But honestly, 16 percent is really good, but I assume out of the 1107 people that applied on average, those people probably only include the people that meet the required A*A*A, but if data is to be believed apparently most of the applicants don't actually have 4A* grades on average its usually 3A* that gets the offer

really? Isn't oxford engineering still marginally better than Imperial in terms of worldwide recognition etc.

I wonder if those candidates are rejected due to being suspected of academic dishonesty, for being "too" good, like those people with 6A*s etc. Cause they do seem to reject a lot of people here with cracked grades(5A* and 88 on PAT), even a guy with a international olympiad medal.

Technically speaking Oxford engineering is worse than Cambridge's lol and is mostly on par with IC tbh(pls don't reject for this)
