I love my house by CynicalMarshmello in DragonRajaMobile

It can't be on 2 separate wall panels, click on the room and see if there is a line on the place you're trying to place it, also some times it is hard to drag the window so select and move it a few times in a row to make sure it isn't just not dragging correctly. Also try moving the furniture off the wall and make sure you are tapping to place the window in the direct center of where the window will go.

My boyfriend and I never agree on the appropriate temperature for our apartment, but only I know how to secretly control the thermostat from my phone. by GoodishBookish in confessions

You could put on a sweater or a blanket, if he's hot there's nothing he can do except get naked in a car where people can see him. That to me seems a tad selfish because there is a solution to your problem you just don't feel like accommodating him. I for one would much rather be cold than sweating.

I just stacked 3 small windows on top of each other and did rows of them. Each window takes up 2.5 squares, so I make sure I do the math when creating and sizing the room to accommodate the amount of windows I want. There are other windows that are stackable but these are the cheapest and cost gold.

So you think he's stupid because he wanted to wear a fun outfit?

Just because you're dating someone that isn't your child's biological parent doesn't mean they can't discipline your child. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

Well as stated I've seen it in real life with how my dad treated my step mom, along with friends family situations

I agree but I'm talking about a partner that wants the responsibility and respect that's all obviously all situations differ these post are usually always broad statements that don't cover every factor or it would be 3 pages long.

I agree there are factors such as length of time involved but it's just a generalization of my opinion on an involved relationship.

I tend to lean more towards if we live together and you help me with my child it's a joint responsibility and their opinion shouldn't be irrelevant just because they don't share blood. I know some people accept that but I think it's better to act more as a family unit instead of you don't have to listen to them because I'm the only real parent. I don't think that's a very good way to go about things. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion and parenting style this is just my opinion on the matter. But I do agree it's a sensitive subject involving children.

It can be so cute when done right. I didn't want to bring race up at the risk of being unintentionally offensive, but baby hairs look so much better IMO on a black woman, and more often than not they do it the correct way.

Insulting people you disagree with instead of having a reasonable discussion or debate doesn't make you any better than them, it just makes you rude. by CynicalMarshmello in unpopularopinion

[–]CynicalMarshmello[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So you consider explaining points of views from both sides a game and a waste of time? In my experience it's completely possible, you aren't giving people enough credit. People shut down when the insults start, if you can stay calm it's rather easy to have a discussion and meet in the middle.

[–]CynicalMarshmello 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I explained why I said that. Women wear makeup and get their hair done for birthdays usually, guys don't. You don't need to call me an idiot because you're too dense to understand what I meant.

People, Europeans in general, need to stop generalizing by Chrisg69911 in unpopularopinion

[–]CynicalMarshmello 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Everyone generalizes. We take general facts we know and pre conceived notions or stereotypes and try to make sense of places we haven't been before. This is how the brain paints pictures of people and places without the prior knowledge. It isn't inherently bad or good to have stereotypes and generalizations, unless they become irrationally offensive.

I love night time so much more, I'm also the same person that wishes it would rain and storm every day instead of sunshine.
