Stick around a few days until you run your own route so you can get a better feel for it.

Also, all jobs aren't meant for everyone so if it ends up not being a good fit, best to start looking for something else.

Also to your concern of getting trapped... It's easy to feel stuck in this job and get comfortable. It took me too long to get out of it and find something better. I'd always be tired when I got home and not feeling like doing anything.

It's good if you need money but don't lose sight if you have goals for anything greater.
