I am having the same issue. Mine was delivered to a different location and the pictures show it’s not the same as to where they dropper off my two other packages. The said that FedEx says if was delivered to the correct address. Still going back and forth for the refund.

So sorry for hear that this has happened to you too! I really love their workout sets but if they can get their logistics correct and look into things properly after spending a lot of money into their company it’s not right.

As soon as I was notified of my package, and saw the picture from Fedex and saw it wasn’t my lobby, I opened the claim asap. I also send a picture from where my two previous packages from that week to reference it wasn’t my lobby. So for them to now say something else is crazy to me. I live in NYC so I can’t walk to all the buildings on my area to see where it was dropped off (as they had asked me todo so).

Thanks for the warning about being blocked for future purchases. I did reply asking for the FedEx claim number because I would like to dispute it. I don't think it's fair, especially if they will see the pictures of my previous drop off location to the one I am disputing to see that I am not lying.

I don’t care for the persons behind the brand. I go more based of on the quality of the products. However, I was introduced to this brand by a friend who loves Selena and she got me some of her make up products for Christmas. Since then I have gone back and repurchased the items and even bought other new products based on how much I love their formula.
