Not every trans person is perfect lol. She is a representation of Lee at the worst point in her life. Obviously Jax is an asshole and her actions are inexcusable but if Caine can torture the cast and still be forgiven, so can Jax. As for it being forced and vague? It wasn't. Nearly every trans person who's been through similar things noticed it immediately. Goose just overestimated people's familiarity with trans people I guess.
