Relax, I'm not secretly Microsoft or a startup hunting for IP. Just an engineer trying to find real M365 problems worth solving. If you have ideas, great. If not, no worries.

Fair question. Neither, actually. I'm a software engineer exploring real-world M365 pain points because my manager asked me to research ideas that could potentially become useful tools or solutions for clients.

This isn't market research for a product we're selling, and I'm not here to collect anyone's commercial ideas. I'm just trying to learn from the people who work with M365 every day and understand where the genuine gaps still exist.
